Consistency and commitment are key to maximising the benefits of coaching. Regular sessions over an extended period allow for deeper exploration, sustained growth, and meaningful progress.
As a guide 6 sessions of 90 minutes is an average starting point. Ideally the gap between sessions should be no more than 3 weeks, so build this into your planning.

If you are an individual looking to book, or a leader looking to book team coaching there will be a solution that works for you.
Prices vary between £600 per 90 minute session (typically applied to Early Career coaching) to £1500 per 90 minute session (typically applied to Senior/Exec level Leaders), however discounts apply to block booking of 6 or more sessions.
Every organisation has very different needs, it may be that you have a well established Talent Plan in place, but you need some elements re-energised? Or perhaps something is not working as you anticipated and you need a troubleshooter? You may need a full bespoke Talent Plan and you are starting from scratch?
